About

TFH Gazebos is an online ecommerce store for custom gazebos, which is located in the UK. They are recognised as one of the leading suppliers of quality custom gazebos in the UK. Their history goes back to when they were founded 15 years ago as a family run business who have now built up to be a well-established name in their field.

Objective

The main objective of this project was to develop a new fast, efficient and conversion focused ecommerce website using Shopify, widely regarded as a best ecommerce platform. With this, we wanted to make things smoother, make the site easier to use, and add tools so customers can build their own custom gazebos using advanced ecommerce development services.

Challenges

RVS Media as an ecommerce website development company discovered multiple growth limitations which existed in the TFH Gazebos current platform because they used. The existing website failed to provide necessary flexibility which would enable users to experience a smooth and intuitive process for purchasing customised items.

Limitations of BigCommerce restricted ability to create customised features for the project.
Due to the complexity of our ordering process, it made it very difficult for their customers to order their customised gazebos.
A significant number of customers had major issues trying to find what they wanted to buy, because of the lack of advanced filtering options.
Their website experienced problems which prevented clients from making purchases. This resulted in decreased visitor duration on the website.

Custom Gazebo Configurator
Created a configurable option specifically for gazebo’s where clients can customise the size, colour, side walls, and even include custom print designs (images or text) to simplify what could be a very complicated product choice.

Advanced Product Filter Options Built-in the ability to dynamically filter product offerings by feature so that clients may easily locate products that meet their needs to improve search and product discovery.

Conversion focused UX/UI Redesign Our design team created all user interfaces to prioritise three elements which included user-friendly design, fast operation, and mobile device accessibility to improve user experience and boost customer conversion rates.
