About Owen Brothers Catering
Owen Brothers Catering has been around since 1974. It is one of London’s top office catering companies. They are known for bringing temperature-controlled breakfasts and lunches to FTSE 100 companies, big international businesses, and fast-growing teams.
Objective
We have been working with Owen Brothers Catering for more than eight years. We have worked together to help change and make their online presence better. Now, we are helping them update their website. The website looks new now and works much better.
Owen Brothers wanted a platform that showed their top brand image and helped turn more visitors into customers. The main goal was clear. They wanted to improve how people use the site, help get more leads, and keep the SEO strength we had built over time. The website also needed to change with their spot in the market. But it could not drop the strong skills and notice it had worked hard for.
This was not just a quick fix. The company made careful plans at every step. The digital transformation happened in parts that matched their big goals for growing over time.
Challenges
Making some big changes to a popular website like Owen Brothers Catering’s takes a good plan and a lot of care. The old site was something people liked and trusted. It did its job well, and there was strong SEO in place. But the site did not look new, and it was not built for the way people get around online now.
The biggest challenge for us was to make a new, lead-driven experience. At the same time, we did not want to hurt the site’s search rankings or turn away people who come back. We had to find a way to update the look and feel, but also keep all the backend parts that help with SEO and help the businesses run.
We also had to guide the users to easily find what they need and do things on the site, like place an order or ask a question. At the same time, we needed to make sure the browsing is easy, quick, and simple to use on any device.
The look of the site was old and did not fit where the company was in the market.
