Project Overview
About
Travel Force, based in Barking, London. The company has been giving dependable minibus hire services since 2010. Travel Force has continued to expand, delivering tailored travel solutions designed to meet the unique needs of every customer. Many people know and trust this brand for their travel, whether it is for fun or for work.
Objective
We have been working with Travel Force for a few years now to help them grow online. In that time, we used SEO to have their website appear more in search results. By putting in steady work and using the right keywords and local SEO, people now find their site more easily. This means there are now more people who visit their site when they look up the best words in search.
However, even when the search rankings and traffic went up, the website began to slow down instead of helping. The platform used old tools, and this made it hard to grow and bring in good leads. There was not enough space to add new content, so we could not build our SEO even more. The way the site worked, especially on phones, was not matching what people want now.
Travel Force wanted a fast, easy-to-use, and modern website. They wanted it to help their business keep growing. The goal was to make the customer journey better and to help us keep boosting their SEO as well. Above all, they did not want to lose trust with loyal users or watch the SEO results we built go away.
Challenges
When we started to change Travel Force’s website, we knew this was more than a tech update. We had to get the balance right. The company had gained many loyal customers over the years. Many of them were used to how the old website worked. If we changed things too much, we could turn away people who liked how simple and same the site had always been.
One of the biggest challenges for us was to make sure that all the SEO progress we made together over the years did not get lost when changing the site. The site had to be updated, but we did not want it to drop out of search results at the same time. We also had to think about the experience of people who already use the site. Many customers know the way the current site looks and works. If we made changes too quickly or changed too much at once, it could make people feel pushed away. We had to keep some of the look and the feel that people liked, even while we made things better.
When we looked at the site from a technical point of view, we saw that having more code than content was making it hard for the site to show up on search engines. We needed to find a good mix between making the site look nice and making sure it could be found online. At the same time, we wanted to use less third-party plugins because they filled up the back end and made the site slow.
Then we faced the problem of keeping things balanced. We wanted to make the way the site looks newer and better, but we did not want it to lose speed or stop working well on different devices. A website can look nice and still be a problem if it does not open quickly or work right wherever people use it. We had to make sure not to put in too many big images or extra parts that could make the new site slow.
Each of these problems needed a smart and careful way to solve them. This was not only about making a better site. It was also about helping Travel Force grow online but never losing the trust they got from their customers and from search engines.
Making changes to the website layout without losing any current customers.
We addressed SEO challenges by optimizing the content-to-code ratio, ensuring better search engine visibility.
Reducing extra code that is not needed.
Making sure you get better results without compromising user experience.

Core Solutions
At the heart of the Travel Force project is our belief that planning, good technical work, and clear design can change how you use a digital site. Our special way of working looked at things you can see and things you can not see. We worked on problems with the user interface, fixed issues in the backend, and removed barriers to SEO. Here is a list of the custom solutions we used to get real results:
Conversion Optimisation: We made it easier to move around the site. The call-to-action buttons are now in better spots. We also made the main steps for users simpler. Because of this, people can now find what they need faster. This helped to get more people interested and led to more people taking action.
Bespoke WordPress Development: We made a custom WordPress website just for Travel Force. It matched their brand and was easy for their team to use. The site is simple to manage. It also lets them grow and change things when they need to.
Content Strategy Implementation: We added good content with keywords to the main pages. This helps with SEO. Now the site gives more useful information. People also trust it more when they come to the site.
Improved User Experience: A new and simple look made the site easy to use. It also looked better. Because of this, people stayed on the site longer and were more likely to do something on the site.
