We design our software to be compliant with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 by default: minimising data where possible, role-based access, encryption in transit and at rest, audit logging, retention and deletion that can be configured to suit the clients needs. If required hosting can be limited to UK or EU regions, and we will sign a DPA prior to development.

We only add AI where it removes measurable manual work, and we agree data handling rules before any model processes your data.

Most projects take 8–16 weeks: 1–2 weeks discovery, 2–3 weeks UX/UI design, 4–8 weeks development, and 1–2 weeks QA and deployment. Large enterprise platforms run 6–9 months. Your exact timeline is confirmed at the end of discovery.
