Background

The award-winning healthy lifestyle bakery “Arapina” traces its roots back to Mediterranean cooking. They offer freshly hand-made, raw, colorful, seasonal, refreshing vegan and organic food to a sophisticated clientele. The official website of Arapina is the next step towards helping the friendly, accessible menus and authentic recipes of the bakery to reach the masses.

Brief

Arapina wanted to elevate the reach of their freshly cooked Mediterranean. However, they wanted us to meticulously focus on the improvement of user experience and interface design. They wanted to lift up their unique bakery offerings with a seamlessly integrated, enhancing customers’ online shopping experience. RVS Media not only took up the challenge but solidified their digital presence.

Challenges

RVS Media was tasked with the challenge of enhancing Arapina's online presence, and the results were phenomenal. Our first priority was to improve the UI and UX design of the website. We also created bespoke bakery integrations that seamlessly fit in online. To deliver a better user experience, we integrated the CRM API for ARAPINA. Additionally, we meticulously implemented postcode-based delivery cost calculation to make the ordering process even more convenient.
